Suffered from cold for two days ..,after that my left ear started aching and used some tablets .., got relief from ear ache but my ear got blocked and I wasn't able to hear properly , feeling a continuous hisss sound in my ear

HELLO, WAX IN THE EAR IS  VERY IMPORTANT CAUSE. WAXOL EAR DROPS THREE TIMES A DAY FOR FIVE TO SEVEN DAYS. THAN VISIT ENT SPECIALIST HE REMOVED ALL WAX THAT S ALL O.L, BYE.
