My Dear Friend, Since you are already diagnosed with tuberculosis, it might have affected your intestines too. Tuberculosis can result in narrowing of instestines, that may give the kind of symptoms you have decribed.  I suggest you get a CT adbomen with oral contrast done at the earliest.
