I feel bloated whole day and tightness in abdomen. It gets worse when I eat . I feel full after eating a little and pain in abdomen and not getting hungry also. Also stool is dark.

It's Peptic ulcer issue. Take Pan 40 twice daily before food for 2 weeks. Take Tab. Drotin sos for pain.
Next Steps
Avoid oily and spicy food. Small and frequent meals . Drink Plenty of water. Upper GI endoscopy test for further evaluation.
