Hello, So I have a very bloated tummy and I literally look like a 7 months pregnant woman. My tummy is heavily bloated and feels tight and heavy even when I haven't eaten much. Just by drinking a glass of water or by eating a plate of watermelon is also making me feel heavy and exhausted. I smoke. I'm trying my best to cut down on it. And my bowel movements and peeing is also reducing even though I drink a lot of water and eat healthy food. What can this be?
