What is your blood pressure?
Drinking bottle guard and yoga is definately good for health. But to keep blood pressure under control you need to have a salt restricted diet. Avoid oily and spicy foods. Avoid pickle and papads.
Yoga definately does help.
Also avoid stress for that you also can do meditation.
For further management. Consult a general physician in oerson.
