Blisters causing pain and itching

Hi, I am noticing that small blisters are appearing on my hands and around the genital area. This is highly unusual for me since I did not face this problem ever before. They are itching a lot and some of them have burst with puss coming out. Kindly suggest some treatment for this, I will be thankful to you.
