Blister like lesions on thigh

She developed blisters on thigh since yesterday night .No pain associated .Itching is present .She burst one and today it's bigger than yesterday . No history of fever ,chills ,cough and cold .She had an episode of chicken pox when young .What could it be dr and is it concerning ,any meds ?
