From last 10 days my face is getting 4-5 big blind head pimples don't know what happened and one pimple is having blackhead type(pic attached ) something please suggest me a good medicine so that I can get rid of this pimples thanx in advance .

I'd have to see your entire face. Look at the lesions and decide if it is acne or something else. Also, why it is happening. Then, we'd decide on your treatment
