please do hot foamentation with 3%sodabicarb soln ie (take a bowl of warm water and add a pinch of sodabicarb :Khane ka soda: to it).rub ocupol dx eye oint twice daily on lids. put lubricant eye drops 2to3 times daily e.g. teardrop. .
continue this treatment for at least one month

while doing foamentation gently rub your lids margins and scrub off the dandruff.
for scalp use an antifungal shampoo at least twice a weak.apply some oil at least 10 to 12 hrs before doing shampoo.
