Doctor Can I use milflox eye drop for allergic blepharitis... If not suggest me other... I hv itching in both eyes no discharge as such...

Hello Eyedrop will not help much Try A lid scrub with baby shampoo and apply antibiotic ointment like azithromycin over lid margins
