I have had a mirena iud for 3 years. I have never gotten any periods since having it in. Today I had spotting and bloody discharge when I goto the washroom with stomach pain. Should I be concerned?

Mirena being a progesterone containing iucd, can lead to absence of period . but neither of this needs to be a panic. If symptoms becomes worse then get urself checked by a gynec
