Before 3 months have regular periods bleeding will not stop wt prblm I have pls tell

If u r hvng heavy bleeding causes cn be many from pregnancy , fibroids , polyps , hormonal imbalance ,anemia , etc. Consult a gynaecologist at the earliest. Do a urine pregnancy test and ultrasound pelvis as baseline
