Bleeding while fingering

I saw blood while fingering . Like I had pink vaginal discharge . I am not a virgin . And I tried fingering myself twice in three weeks and both the time it started bleeding . The bleeding was from inside . It was not a lot of blood and it stopped .Sometime it hurts when I spread my opening n it feels dry . Please help m worried .
