Hi..this problem is called Pyorrhoea in general terms and Gingivitis with periodontitis in dental terms. This happens if more and more calculus (yellow deposits) settle in and around tooth and gum region.
It can be solved by ultrasonic scaling and laser gum treatment followed by use of some gel and mouth wash given by the dentist. If it is advanced case then it might need Gum flap surgery with bone graft based on x-ray ( OPG).
