I recently had unprotected sex and there's a chance I could be pregnant. I keep feeling really sick, need to pee a lot and I keep spotting which could be due to a change in pill but it doesn't appear to be the same type of blood I get whenever I have spotted before. I can't tell if I'm peeing blood or spotting
