Almost every night my son's (5 year old) nose will bleed and the bleeding always on the left side. The issue has been prolonged since 2 weeks.

Most common reason of nose bleeding in children is nose picking.. should be ruled out nasal allergies also.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
