Last year I was diagnosed with internal ulcers in both upper and collon area with multiple erosion. For last one week there's Frank blood fall in stool.Blood falls at the end I don't feel any constipation. Internally I feel gas

The  ptobable cause of bleeding p/r is your ulcerative colitis or anal fissure. Kindly connect for further understanding..
