You should consult obstetrician as soon as possible..it can be threatened abortion or missed abortion .USG need to be done to confirm intrauterine pregnancy.

Better to visit a hospital as soon as possible. With bleeding continuing u cannot wait, it will lead to abortion. In hospital injection will be given to stop the bleeding
