Recently i had unprotected sex with my partner...its been my first time...and i noticed some blood on the surface of my penis...and afterwords it leads to mild pain over the surface...i wana ask u that can it be cause of any disease to me or to her ? like HIV? or STDs?

Hello,, If blood is from surface it could be due to trauma of the foreskin or frenular artery.. Because of minor trauma,, since it Is your first time. If only seen immediately after sex then the blood may be from your partners vagina. If your partner has any std or hiv,, minor trauma during sex has high risk of transmission. If no then don't worry, if you are not sure please consult a std specialist.
