I have irregular periods .Based on the scan my gestational age is 5 weeks 4 days . Gestational sac is seen .Am experiencing bleeding for the past two days .When checked doctor told there is no harm to the gestational sac. I don't have any cramps or abdominal pain .is this bleeding because of my irregular periods or some old blood in my uterus?

Bleeding in early pregnancy may mean an abortion or sometimes may even be normal But it can be decided only after an ultrasound
