Bleeding if teeth an whiteness of cheeks

I am eat chewable tobacco since 4 years and smoke occasionally and drink occasionally. From the past 2 weeks my cheeks have turned white and the portion beneth my tongue has also turned white. My gums bleed while brushing and I am not able to eat spicy food. Please suggest me a way out of this problem.
