Your scan doesn't specify if the foetus is alive or not. What is your blood group? With bleeding of that magnitude that you have to change a pad every hour , you should be in the hospital. These days it is a problem for a Gynaecologist to advise termination of pregnancy at 18 weeks because it will be difficult to justify this in the Court of Law. The other alternative is to be prepared for a prolonged hospitalization and repeated blood transfusions .

Mam you may need hospitalization and injections to stop the bleeding. This abnormal and heavy bleeding and may have negative impact on pregnancy.
