CT finding reveal mild mucosal thickening in right maxillary sinus with bilateral concha bullosa and DNS towards right side. Note is made of focal dehiscene of left lamina papyracea. Please elaborate.

CT findings are not much of importance unless they correlate with clinical findings. If you have associated nasal obstruction, nasal discharge for long time then it can be confirmed as significant and surgery may be necessary.
