I was having sex with my wife but as soon as I entered my penis in my wife's vagina my penis started bleeding from the area where the foreskin is attached to the pee hole. Please suggest.

it looks your FRENULUM (attachment) got torn may be due to tight frenulum or foreskin. Go to a nearest urologist/ General surgeon for needful.
