Bleeding from left side of the testicle

Today I saw bleeding from the left side of the testicle though I do not feel any pain or any pain while urinating. Bleeding started again after washing testicles with water hence I put a band-aid for the time being to stop it. Am not feeling any pain at all and this is the 1st time, am seeing Aug bleeding. Can you please advice if I can come tomorrow and visit you?
