Knocked my head yesterday. Been nauseous and there's some bleeding from my left ear. It started when I woke up in the morning

It is a very serious symptom indicating Head Injury.It is an Emergency. It must be treated in a hospital having Neurosurgery facility. Please report immediately to the above mentioned Hospital.
