Bleeding every month in middle of cycles

Hello sir / mam almost every month i have seen bloody discharge in middle of cycle..i.e...after 15 days of periods.. in gapping of 1-2 months.. i bleed in middle of cycle only..why this happens to me??? is anything serious??
