Bleeding during intercourse

I am married for last 3.5 years and now we are planning for kids. For last 3.5 years we didn't had sexual intercourse and now last month and this month we had intercourse only once in a month,but it was very painful and it started bleeding both for me and my husband. Please guide what are the reasons for bleeding and how this can be overcome.

This is postcoital bleeding.Consult to gynaecologist and discuss with her.She will prescribe some medicine.Get done ultrasonography to know the pathology of uterus means any polyp.
