Is this report sufficient to know urinary tract infection My aunt shehnaz malik is 49 years old She has been facing bleeding after urine since 4 years. Doctor gave diane 35 tablet to control but after medicine is over Issue still remains the same. Pls suggest

this issue she is facing since long, u have to take immediate action, although bleeding is occasional but pus cells are there so need some more evaluation, such as CBC to rule out systemic infection, USG to rule out renal stone or cystitis, more specific urine culture if not done yet to know specific organism and to start proper antibiotics if u have any doubt u can connect

the report shows there is obvious urinary tract infection. Do a culture to know specifics of infection and antibiotics needed. Is it during her periods??is there pelvic pain??The report doesn’t say blood cells so a proper history should be taken with thorough evaluation .

Already answered  Diana 35 is for  veginal bleeding.  The pt is suffering  from uti. You need to consult urologist  as the symptoms  r from prolonged time. Already answered  with treatment  previously.
