Bleeding after MTP and D&C

On 27 June I have MTP and D&c due to down syndrome in 19th week of my pregnancy.Now it's almost 1 month my bleeding didn't stop.For starting 2 week there's heavy bleeding and after that normal spotting daily.Now, again from 2 days I am having bleeding,I am confused is this periods or normal bleeding.
