My period had stopped but 2 I masterbated and bled again for a bit however I don’t put anything inside just clitoral stimulation so I’m getting worried.

Masturbation won't cause periods. It may be some local injury or may be some accumulated periods blood which has come out by uterine contractionso nothing to worry If it happens again better get yourself examined by a gynecologist near by
