Bleeding after intercourse

There is a problem of bleeding after intercourse. At first i thaught that its may be due to breaking hymen tissue. But after breaking hymen i have my periods. Now i am facing same issue after intercourse. Bleeding is still there and i am feeling weak and some time released cloted blood. my weight is 49kgs.
