Im 21 and had my first intercourse and I was bleeding lightly after that. On the next day, there was a lot of white discharge and the bleeding was same as the previous day. The intercourse was painful and the penis couldnt be inserted fully into my vagina. We did use a condom and did plenty of foreplay before. I feel my vagina is too tight, is there something that needs to be done to loosen it up and should I be concerned about the bleeding through the vagina.
