After delivery through c section, I had less bleeding. Then I am bleeding in small amounts randomly. I had heavy period like flow also twice. It has been 3 months since delivery. I am breastfeeding my daughter completely. Please let me know what can be the cause?

bleeding upto 42 days normal flow is okk..if its bleeding heavily by get cc hecked
