Bleeding after D&C

I had d&c on March 31. I had mild bleeding for 2 days. I did not have any bleeding after that. I had antibiotics and pain killers till yesterday. Today i started getting moderate cramps and bleeding. Bleeding is not heavy. But is this a matter of concern, as I did not have any bleeding last few days.

It is all right if you have bleeding but it should not be prolonged ..just get one TVS ultrasound done after next period to clear the doubts and to confirm clean uterine cavity
