Bleeding after 5 days of hsg (done on 9d

Though the HSG report was normal , it's has been minimal bleeding and spotting after 5 days doing hsg. Is it normal or hormonal imbalance thus it'l affect my next cycle or can I plan for conceive after this cycle?
