Bleeding a week before periods

I was supposed to get my periods on 19th march, but I got it on 11th march, the flow lasted for 2 n 1/2 days . This never happened before. I always have a  28-29 day cycle. I am on thyroid medication 75mg and trying to conceive since few months. Kindly advice.

That's normal A normal menstrual cycle is between 21 to 37 day Get ur Thyroid levels checked

Sometimes it happens due to hormonal disturbances due to stress or could be due to thyroid. Check your sr tsh if it’s not done recently. If you are not able to conceive, consult doctor.
