I am facing weak urine flow, noctoria, urine retention, frequent urination, kidney stones etc. I got PAE done in 2018 without any improvement. I am 56 and sexually active. Pls suggest best treatment option

If you have urinary retention or recurrent UTI then conservative treatment with medications will not be successful. For you a ep-TURP seems to be the best option.
