Blackness around nose and on chin

I have black rashes around the nose and on chin. It is very itchy sometimes and because of that it is becoming more black. Please advise.

It may be due to seborrhoeic melanosis. O CA not be sure until I see it. Please call me or send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment advice.
