I have runny nose. Phlegm is blakish and I feel that phlegm is adhered on my throat.And phlegm gets up from my throat. Sneezing is my biggest problem. I have allergy with some foods.when I take these foods it starts sneezing and pamples comes on my upper plate of mouth.

It is definitely due to allergy or dust. So if u think u have allergy from some food then stop having that. N start using mask for dust
