Blackheads, Oily Skin, Mild Acne Scars

I have Oily and Acne prone Skin. I have  Blackheads on my nose and it is not going away with regular granular scrubs. These scrunbs are also very painful. Are BHAs good for Blackhead removal and mild Acne scars?

Blackheads, Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
