I have blackheads and facial hair all over my face and my skin is sagging too kindly recommend me what to do ? How to improve?

Acne and facial hair could be signs of PCOS. Please visit a qualified dermatologist for proper diagnosis and treatment. You may need few investigations initially and based on that your treatment will depend. If you take regular treatment you will see results coming.
