Black warts gradually increase on skin like face & stomach. Help me to rid of this with cream Here i am attaching pictures

Hi, there is nothing to worry if they are gradually increasing. All you need to do is get them removed through simple radiosurgery / electrosurgery procedure - which is a quick OPD procedure.
