Hi, I have a thin,fine Black vertical line under my index finger nail. I experience no pain and for the past week or so(I don't exactly remember how long it has stayed) has been there. It hasn't been spreading and is brownish-blackish. Is it possibly Subungal Melanoma or is it possibly due to a trauma to the finger which I may have had during the past week? Thanks for the answer.
