I had piles before four years and I took medicines and it had gone , before few months I was diagnosed from arthritis medicines ( for 1 month ) for my back pain, after stopping the medicine I got diarrhea and after a week it started black tarry bloody stools , Doc told me it may be reaction of medicine and gave me omeprazole 20mg but it did not worked .. after consulting another doc he gave me probiotics along with omeprazole , whenever I take probiotics bleeding stops and whenever I stop probiotics it starts again ... I went through colonoscopy too and my report is normal , it is just grade II piles , if this is piles for sure or I should go for any other testes ? I am confused !!
