Hi Sir, my self Mahesh 26 yrs old , iam hardware professional. Basically my body skin colour is white but face and on fingers was black in colour . My problem : Having black tan on near to eyes and mouth side/some places on my face. To  control this tan iam using body lotion NIVEA cell repair SPF15 since from last 30 days regular at night before sleep but no improvement. Kindly suggest how to reduce this
