I am 9 weeks pregnant and from today morning i have black stools three times till now.. Feeling like having gas also.. Anything to worry about??

U should not be taking any iron tablets now till 15 wks. If u r pl stop. Have u eaten any outside food? It's best u meet ur gynaec asap.
