I had some flat dark brown spots on my glans.so i went to a dermatologist.he told me that its completely ok and there is nothing to worry about n prescribed me"clobetasol propionate ,fusidic acid and clotrimazole"cream to apply.after using it for almost 1 month one of those brown spots have become dark black n more darker.
