5 years earlier I was going laproscopic stent implantation through urethral orifice at the age of 21 , during this procedure prepuce was removed slightly because glans penis was fully covered by it since childhood (only a small orifice was opened for urine) ,after opening of prepucal orifice skin was observed soft, pinkish white & very sensitive, but after one year a block spot emerged with no outgrowth ,I didn't understand what is this ,is this lentigo or a different problem, plz advice me
