Greetings, this doesnt look like an infection / rather looks like a frictional hyper keratosis /dermatitis or a dry ezcema or due to some irritation with footwear / etc. You would do good with a visit to a qualified dermatologist and with timely application of moisturisers / salicylic acid based keratolytics probably in combination with a mild topical steroid.
